A Mobile Service fee is collected when booking the appointment.

If the notarization is not able to be performed for any reason, the mobile service fee is non-refundable. As well, if the signer needs to re-schedule or cancel the appointment, the mobile service fee is non-refundable.

• Reasons the notarization may not be able to be completed :

  • Improper Identification (expired ID, expired passport, military ID with no signature, expired military ID, temporary ID).  *See our page "How To Prepare For Your Appointment" for the list of proper Identification*

  • Signer's name does not match the name on the document.

  • Signer is not willing to sign by their own free will.

  • Signer is incompetent.
